Land Liaison Services:

• Communication channel between client, contractors, site personnel and the landowners.

• Negotiate access to properties for contractors and clarify construction process

• Resolve servitude and construction questions and concerns raised by Landowners

• Tracking register and report back to client 

• Obtain any outstanding documentation including tax invoices and signing of deed documents

• Resolve landowners damage claims and monitor the claim payments.

• Attend site construction meetings as required.

• Obtain sign off signatures from landowners post construction.

• Resolve issues, concerns emanating from tribal resolutions.
